I see the Landscape as mother natures palette. Such vastness, variety and beauty that continually takes my breathe away.
Man made structures either enhance the environment or distract from it either way there is always something delightful to see and experience while soaking in my surroundings of the landscape.
Each city has its own personality and vibrancy, and its part of the adventure of exploring that reveals the hidden treasures amongst the buildings and structures of amazing architecture modern and old.
I particularly like photographing cities at night the aspect and story it tells varies from the daylight hours, with the simmering of lights and colours, the buildings come to life.
I love to capture the movement of water, the clouds and sun as they dance across the water giving reflections of an array of colour, shadow and light. Seascape is constantly changing at the mercy of mother natures elements.
To feel the warmth of the sun, a breeze on my face and the smell of fresh sea air is soothing to my soul.
Its easy to feel like your in another world, when you gaze in awe at these beautiful sand dunes.
Such a masterpiece at the hand of mother nature. The sand dunes are constantly changing as the winds and rain shape and mold the mounds of white powdery sands.
I love to travel near and far, to experience the different cultures, to see every mountain, to explore the worlds magnificent wonders, eat weird food, experience cultural festivals, meet new people, endure the elements on top of a rugged hillside. To look into the hearts of the local people I come into contact with means being one with them in their environment.
The journey starts from the time I leave home and to my return, I am enriched with the array of experiences along the way.
'The Great Wall of China' as the storm brews
I had just walked this section of the wall and was sitting quietly taking in my amazing surroundings, pondering on the history and visualising the many hands that were part of building this amazing structure. When a storm started to brew on the horizon, the moody clouds and breeze started to roll in as the sun was setting, the breeze was a pleasant change from the humidity and heat of the day. Yet another amazing experience to treasure as I captured this to remember the present.
The Great Wall of China
As the moon sets upon this section of 'The Great Wall' of China I am reminded of the amazing history that comes with every stone that graces this amazing structure, and I can not help but feel honoured to witness such a presence as I stand and look around in awe. Certainly an experience not to be missed and I would love to return again one day.

Nature is so broad and encompassing, that its easy to become overwhelmed by the expanse. So many aspects of nature from power and strength to fragile and gentle, and all those things in between, all of which describe many forms of nature in many ways.
However a picture is better than a thousand words. So as you gaze upon these images my hope is that they will speak to you in how you see them and not how I describe them.
